Nobody's Dead

There is no death.

What is so difficult to comprehend in a body is there is not the differentiation between your "live" life and your "dead" life that you might expect.  You continue to exist.  The circumstances change. The differentiation is in the mind.  Unfortunately, the mind only knows what it chooses to see.

This is your quandary. It is not so different from the everyday challenge of knowing intuitively that your chosen mate is with someone else when she is pretending to be hard at work;  or your child, while focusing his big brown eyes on you, promises never to ride his bike across town again.  These things happen until we begin to listen to our intuition and no longer allow our minds to feed us the drivel we want to believe.

In death, your life comes into perspective.  The constrictions of time are seen for what they are - ridiculous and man-made.

Once in the afterlife,  you will see you were as a small child, giggling uncontrollably while an adult played peek-a-boo with your "blankie" and you.  Everything remains as it always was, but the child's mind takes on a different reality.  The child believes you disappear and return.

The innocent within you, chooses to believe the same with life and death.  It is how we were all schooled to keep us in line.

Imagine you could allow yourself to see beyond what your five senses tell you is real.  Whoo!  Wouldn't that be fun!  You can choose today to play your game of life from a different perspective. 

Leaving the body

Babette asked about her brother-in-law in his early forties, who died last week in a horrible motorcycle accident.  Although he was within the speed limit, others were driving recklessly fast in the wrong direction and collided with him.  Now he is dead, leaving behind his wife, three little children under four, and his mother.

Babette want to know if he was in pain, is he okay now, and does he feel his family's pain? His death happened quickly.  Even while he was still breathing, his body was already preparing to let him go.  The Angels are showing me that his spirit lifted out quickly, so that any pain the body might have felt, remained with his body, while he, already in spirit form, was lifted out to the safety of loving arms on the other side.

He could and does feel his family's pain. He also feels the frustration of being perfectly okay and not being able to connect with his family in a way they understand. He wants them to know that he is all right, that he is still here, and that he is mourning their grief for him.

A military widow asks about her deceased husband

A young, still grieving, military widow asked me recently if she remarries later on, what will happen when she and her husband are reunited after her death? Also she is interested in why she can sometimes feel his presence, then other times nothing?

The Angels explain that there is the love we experience in a body and then there is the Love that we experience in our dead-life. For the majority of us, these are two very different experiences.  In a body, our love is filled with judgment. "Yeah, I love you, but I wish you could have done better." Or "Why were you flirting with ... last night?  I was humiliated!" In life, we are always working with accepting what our mate or friend does and how we perceive their actions. 

In our dead life, love is Love. It is unconditional. Our spirit is permeated with the Love of the Source, of God.  In that place there is no room for "yes, but."  Unconditional Love is about acceptance of what is. This love is unequivocal and permeates every drop of your spirit so that you are filled to the brim with joy and contentment if you are willing.

As for why you sometimes are able to feel your husband's presence and other times not, that can have to do with many things.  When we first pass on, we tend to stay close to home, so you would be apt to feel your husband close to you.  Later on, you will both begin to move on with your lives and reconnect periodically, depending upon your temperament.

If you set your intention to connect with your husband in your dream state, most likely you will. The trick will be to to ask to remember your dreams in the morning and perhaps, to keep a pad of paper by your bed to record your remembrance immediately upon awakening.

If you remarry, you will have the opportunity to expand your love to include as many husbands as you choose. In your dead life, love never lessens your relationship, it only expands.  Love builds upon love.  It gets stronger and purer, i.e. more accepting and nurturing. Forgiveness becomes a fait accompli for you with others if you allow it.

Life is a continuum of energy as opposed to stop and go as it appears to the living. The acceptance found in true Unconditional Love is the glue that moves us into enlightenment and the reunion with the God Source.

What happens after death? What's the difference between dogs and people?

My spiritual friend with the much-loved dog, Aero, after realizing he was in constant pain, allowed him to be euthanized.  She and her husband mourned not just the loss of their adored pet, but all the past losses that arose again in their hearts. It was a tough time.

Now she wonders if Aero is in doggie heaven playing with his friends, or he is still around, meaning, the house? What the Angels are saying is that we, in the physical life of the third dimension, have difficulty understanding that we move with our energy. Our capabilities are much more than what we imagine.

In everyday life, we move our energy, i.e. ourselves, into a different train of thought. We are anywhere but present. When we are not present, we are in our head, creating a different reality.  The challenge for our friends is there is nobody home to connect to in our physical body.  We are flying loose, untethered, the way we used to navigate in our dead spirit form. If you are accused of not listening, most likely you play around in the spirit world often, but haven't figured out how to control this behavior to benefit yourself and others.

In death, both people and domesticated animals tend to move between the alive world and the dead-spirit world initially.  If we have left behind those we love, we tend to stay close to them until we get used to our state of not having a physical body and they get used to life without us.  Once we catch onto our unlimited capacity to create our life in the spirit world, we can easily b-ilocate and be in our new environment as well as check in with our old "alive" friends.

Imagine you died recently but still feel like you. You feel fine now. Your body no longer hurts;  there is no pain.  Everything looks the same. The freedom allows you to stick around.  After all, where else would you go?

In the dog, Aero's case, he's spent  some ten or more years with Julie and her husband.  He was rarely on his own except for a few hours, and then in the confines of a home that was prepared for his comfort. He owned the couch.  The white plush rug was his.  His food was lovingly prepared.  His every need watched over. Who wants to leave?

After awhile Aero will feel comfortable enough to roam from his old home. Surrounded by the energy of old friends in the spirit world, gradually he will acclimate to his new home as Julie and her husband move forward in their own lives without Aero.  People exhibit the same behavior as we become comfortable in our new dead-life.
